脊椎动物骨骼标本制作研究

摘要

An experimental exploration is carried out on the three important processes of corrosion,degreasing and bleaching during the traditional skeletal preparation. The results show that under the certain concentration,the temperature change plays a great role in the corrosion and bleaching processes,and has some effect on the length of time.Adopting three different solvents for continuous degreasing during the degreasing process has better effect.%对骨骼标本制作过程中的腐蚀、脱脂、漂白3个重要过程进行实验性探究.结果表明:在一定浓度下,温度的变化在腐蚀与漂白过程中起着很大作用,同时作用时间长短也有一定的影响;脱脂过程采用3种不同溶剂连续脱脂起到较好效果.
