地方高校创新型工程科技人才培养路径探析

摘要

Exploration is carried out from the aspects such as the training plan,the teaching system,the teachers'team,the innovative platform,the educational environment,etc.The training plan of innovative talents is worked out scientifically,a comprehensive practical teaching system is reasonably established,and the innovative and entrepreneurial educational teachers'team is solidly built up.Efforts are made to construct the university-enterprise coordinative innovation platform for talent education, and to actively create the incubation ecological environment for talent training so as to promote the training of the innovative engineering talents in colleges and universities.%从培养计划、教学体系、师资队伍、创新平台、育人环境几方面进行探讨,采取科学制定创新人才培养计划、合理构建综合性实践教学体系、扎实打造创新创业教育师资队伍、着力搭建校企协同育人创新平台、积极营造创新人才孵化生态环境等举措,促进高校创新型工程科技人才培养.
