The safe and efficient operation and management mechanism for the public laboratories in stomatological colleges is explored, the problems existing in these laboratories are analyzed, and the attempt and exploration are carried out on the reform in the management mode and mechanism.Through adopting the post management mode, and based on the safety access, the relevant management system is improved, which effectively guarantees the safety management of the laboratory.The public laboratories in stomatological colleges need the innovative ideas and scientific management system.%探讨了口腔医学院公共实验室的安全、高效运行管理机制;分析了国内口腔医学院公共实验室存在的问题,并进行了管理模式和机制改革的尝试和探索.通过采用分岗位管理模式,以安全准入为基点,完善了相关的管理制度,有效地保障了实验室的安全管理工作.口腔医学院公共实验室需要创新的理念和科学的管理体系.
