基于平衡计分卡的大型仪器设备使用效益评价指标

摘要

从大型仪器设备使用效益评价现状入手,引入平衡计分卡,分析了其应用在大型仪器设备使用效益评价的可行性及可操作性.在构建效益评价框架的过程中,探讨了财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长4个维度的评价内容,并对涉及的评价指标做出合理分析,从而为后续构建完整的大型仪器设备使用效益评价体系打好基础.%Based on the current situation of the evaluation on utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment, the balanced score card is introduced, and the feasibility and operability of applying it to the evaluation on utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment are analyzed.In the process of building the evaluation framework, the four dimensions of evaluation contents such as finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth are discussed, and the rational analysis on the related evaluation index is carried out so as to lay a good foundation for establishing a complete evaluation system on utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment in the future.
