构建地方高校大型设备投入与责任追究机制研究

摘要

This chapter expounds upon the necessity,organization structure and investment argumentation procedure for the establishment of the"Disciplinary group"investment mechanism of the large-scale instruments and equipment in local colleges and universities.In accordance with the principles of simplicity, independence and feasibility,a reasonable evaluation index system for the use of large-scale equipment is set up,and the specific measures for the accountability about the investment failure of large-scale equipment are proposed.%阐述了构建地方高校大型仪器设备"学科群"投入机制的必要性、组织结构以及投资论证程序.本着"简易性、独立性、可行性"的原则,建立了合理的大型设备使用效益评价指标体系,提出了大型设备投资失误责任追究的具体措施.
