将中空纤维液相微萃取技术应用到仪器分析实验教学中,并结合气相色谱-质谱仪对酱油中4种尼泊金酯(尼泊金甲酯、乙酯、丙酯和丁酯)的含量进行了测定,同时对影响因素进行了优化.该方法操作简便、成本低,有机溶剂使用量少,有利于提高学生的环保意识、探索精神和逻辑思维能力.%The hollow fiber liquid phase micro-extraction technology is applied in the experimental teaching of instrumental analysis,and with the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the content of four parabens in soy sauce,i.e.,methylparaben,ethylparaben,propylparaben and butylparaben is determined,and meanw hile, the influencing factors are optimized.This method is simple in operation,low in cost and less in use of organic solvents,which is helpful to improve students' awareness of environmental protection,spirit of exploration and logical thinking.
