中空纤维液相微萃取技术及在毒物毒品分析中研究进展

     

摘要

基于多孔中空纤维的液相微萃取技术是以中空纤维膜作为有机溶剂的载体,集采样、萃取和浓缩于一体,尤其是液-液-液三相萃取模式可得到较高的富集倍数和回收率,且其微孔能够隔离大分子的进入,具有突出的样品净化功能,广泛应用在药物分析和环境分析领域.本文总结前人研究成果,对中空纤维液-液-液三相微萃取的模式、原理、萃取模式、影响因素进行简单阐述,并总结在毒物毒品分析中的应用情况,预测未来发展趋势.%Hollow fiber liquid phase microextraction ( HF-LPME) uses the hollow fiber membrane as the carrier of the organic solvent, integrates sampling, extraction and enrichment, liquid-liquid-liquid phase extraction model can get higher enrichment ratio and recovery especially, and its microporous can isolate macromolecule and have outstanding sample purification function. HF-LPME was widely applied in the field of pharmaceutical analysis and environmental analysis. The hollow fiber's mode, principle, extraction model, influence factors and its application in oxicants and drugsanalysis present situation and future development were introduced.
