芘荧光探针法测定表面活性剂聚集体参数实验研究

         

摘要

By using pyrene as the probe and benzophenone as the quenching agent ,the fluorescence spectra of three typical surfactants after the pyrene solubilization are determined respectively by the steady state fluorescence probe method .It is determined that the suitable concentration of the pyrene is 1 .0 × 10-4 mmol/L ,and the optimum concentration of the benzophenone is 0 .4-0 .5 mmol/L ,which is based on the ratio (I1/I3 ) of fluorescence intensity of 373 nm and 384 nm with the change of surfactant concentration curve . The fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of critical micelle concentration (CMC) and micellar aggregation number (Nagg ) of surfactants in aqueous solution is established .%以芘为探针、二苯甲酮为猝灭剂,采用稳态荧光探针法分别测定了3类典型表面活性剂增溶芘后的荧光光谱,确定了芘的适宜浓度为1.0×10-4 mmol/L,二苯甲酮的适宜浓度为0.4~0.5 mmol/L,以373 nm与384 nm的荧光强度之比(I1/I3)随表面活性剂浓度变化曲线的突变等结果为基础,建立了表面活性剂在水溶液中临界胶束浓度(CMC)和胶束聚集数(Nagg)测试的荧光光谱法.
