高校政府采购“网上竞价”管理采购模式探讨

摘要

通过分析高校仪器设备政府采购存在的效率问题,使西南科技大学资产与实验室管理处在实践中越来越深切感受到采用网上竞价系统的重要意义,它在突破时间和空间的局限性、在压缩采购环节、节约成本、在优化采购方式、实现公共利益最大化上一直发挥着＂低碳＂的作用。%Through the analysis of the instruments,the efficiency of government purchasing existing problem and make us feel more and more deeply in practice by online bidding system.The importance of it in breakthrough time and space limitations,compression in procurement procedures and cost saving,in optimizing procurement methods,realize the public benefit maximization has always plays a ＂low carbon＂ action.
