目的:了解福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院(以下简称"我院")Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的情况.方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2018年1-6月我院所有Ⅰ类切口手术病历的用药合理性进行分析.结果:2018年1-6月共7 496例Ⅰ类切口手术,其中1 579例预防性使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物预防性使用率为21.06％.1 579例预防性使用抗菌药物的Ⅰ类切口手术中,不合理用药97例,用药合理率为93.86％;不合理用药类型主要包括给药时间不当、药物选择不当、无指征用药及疗程不当等.结论:我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防用药基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,有待进一步规范化管理,提高合理用药水平.%OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision surgery in the First Hospital of Quanzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"). METHODS: The retrospective investigation method was used to analyze the rationality of perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision surgery from Jan. to Jun. 2018. RESULTS: From Jan. to Jun. 2018, there were 7 496 cases of type Ⅰ incision surgery, of which 1 579 were perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics, and the prophylactic use rate of antibiotics was 21.06％. Of the 1 579 cases of prophylactic use of antibiotics, there were 97 cases of irrational use of drugs, and the rational rate was 93.86％. The types of irrational drugs mainly included improper drug selection, improper administration time, no indications and improper treatment course, etc. CONCLUSIONS: The perioperative prophylactic use of drugs for type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still some problems, and further standardization management is needed to improve the rational use of drugs.
