目的：观察利巴韦林气雾剂与施保利通片联合治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法：选取儿科门诊2013年5月—2014年8月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿135例，以随机数字表法分为治疗组（69例）和对照组（66例）。治疗组患儿给予利巴韦林气雾剂与施保利通片联合治疗，对照组患儿给予利巴韦林气雾剂单药治疗。2组患儿均给予退热等对症处理，合并细菌感染者加用头孢克洛干混悬剂。观察2组患儿退热时间，症状消失、疱疹消失时间，对比2组患儿的临床疗效。结果：治疗组患儿的总有效率（98．55％，68／69）明显高于对照组（84．85％，56／66）（P＜0．05），差异有统计学意义；治疗组患儿的退热时间、平均中位疱疹结痂时间及平均中位疱疹痊愈时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。2组患儿均未出现与药物有关的不良反应。结论：利巴韦林气雾剂联合施保利通片治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎，能较快改善患儿的临床症状及体征，疗程短、疗效明显，未见明显不良反应，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ribavirin aerosol combined with esberitox tablets for treatment of Children's herpangina. METHODS: A total of 135 children with herpangina in pediatric outpatient department from May 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.69 cases in the treatment group were given esberitox combined with ribavirin aerosol, and anther 66 cases in the control group were given ribavirin aerosol alone.Furthermore, both of the two groups were also given symptomatic treatment such as pyretolysis medication etc, and the patients with associated bacteria infection were also given cefaclor dry suspension.We recorded the time to fever clearance, symptom elimination and herpes elimination in two groups for evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group(98.55%,68/69) was significantly higher than in the control group(84.85%, 56/66)(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of fever clearance time, mean median crusting time and mean median cure time of herpes ( P <0.01 ) .Neither groups showed adverse drug reactions.CONCLUSIONS:Treatment of children with herpangina using ribavirin aerosol combined with esberitox tablets resulted in rapid improvement in clinical symptoms and signs, short course of treatment, excellent efficacy and no adverse drug reaction, the use of the combination therapy is thus worthy of clinical promotion.
