2011-2013年苏州大学附属常熟医院消化系统用药应用分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and the trend of development of the utilization of digestive system drugs in Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) for references of clinical rational use of drugs .METHODS:The utilization data of the digestive system drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 were analyzed statistically using the ranking method of consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS:The consumption sum of the digestive system drugs in our hospital increased year on year, which stood at 21 711 300, 32 076 700, 42 354 800 and 96 142 800 yuan respectively over the three years, with a compound growth rate ( CAGR) of 39.67% on average.The consumption sum of the drugs for liver and biliary disease took the lead followed by drugs for peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease, and the DDDs of the drugs for peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease also took the lead.The coenzyme complex for injection ( as single variety ) took the lead in terms of consumption sum.The oral omeprazole agent ( as single variety ) took the lead in terms of DDDs.Some drugs with confirmed safety and efficacy and moderate price were welcome among both doctors and patients.CONCLUSIONS:The variety structure of the digestive system drugs used in our hospital is reasonable and stable.The use and management of the drugs is basically standard;however, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and management to further promote the rational use of drugs.%目的：了解苏州大学附属常熟医院（以下简称“该院”）消化系统用药的应用现状和发展趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集2011—2013年该院消化系统用药的使用数据，采用销售金额和用药频度排序法进行统计分析。结果：2011—2013年该院消化系统用药的销售金额逐年增长，各年销售金额（万元）依次为2171．13、3207．67、4235．48、9614．28，销售金额年均复合增长率为39．67％。肝胆疾病辅助用药的销售金额最高，抗消化性溃疡和胃食管反流病药次之，且其用药频度最大。销售金额、DDDs排序居首位的单品种消化系统用药分别为注射用复合辅酶、奥美拉唑口服剂。一些安全有效、价格适中、疗效肯定的药物受到医患认可。结论：该院消化系统用药的品种结构稳定、合理，应用与管理基本规范，仍应加强监督管理，进一步促进合理用药。
