目的：探讨麝香保心丸与硝酸异山梨醇酯片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年8月—2015年10月武汉科技大学附属孝感市中心医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者96例作为研究对象。采用随机信封法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例。对照组患者采取硝酸异山梨醇酯片治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率与心电图检查结果总有效率均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者血脂水平明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：麝香保心丸与硝酸异山梨醇酯片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛，效果显著，可有效改善患者血脂水平。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical application effects of Shexiangbaoxin pills combined with Isosorbide dinitrate tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris .METHODS: 96 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted into Xiaogan Central Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from Aug .2014 to Oct.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random envelope method , with 48 cases in each .The control group were treated with Isosorbide dinitrate tablets , while the observation group additionally received Shexiangbaoxin pills based on the control group . The clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups . RESULTS: The effective rate of clinical treatment and examination results of electrocardiogram of observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . After treatment , the blood lipid level of observation group was significantly better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Shexiangbaoxin pills combined with Isosorbide dinitrate tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is remarkable , which can effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients .
