目的：了解某院儿科抗菌药物使用情况，为进一步加强抗菌药物临床应用管理提供参考。方法：利用医院信息系统，调取2012—2015年某院儿科抗菌药物使用数据，对抗菌药物销售金额、抗菌药物使用强度（ antibiotics use density ，AUD）、用药频度（ define daily dose system ，DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果：2012—2015年，某院儿科抗菌药物品种数由52种降至48种；儿科门诊患者抗菌药物使用率由30.06％降至19.97％，急诊患者由46.70％降至38.21％，住院患者由66.71％降至58.64％；儿科抗菌药物注射剂使用率由51.20％降至44.84％；儿科AUD由108.64 DDDs／（100人· d）降至99.61 DDDs／（100人· d），降幅达8.31％；儿科门诊患者抗菌药物联合应用率由44.54％降至24.74％，住院患者由41.45％降至29.77％。结论：某院自2012年开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后，抗菌药物临床应用的各项指标得到改善，2015年部分指标已达到卫计委的要求，但仍需加强管理。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of pediatric antibiotics in a hospital , so as to provide reference for the further strength on management of rational application of drugs in clinic .METHODS: By hospital information system , the application data of pediatric antibiotics in the hospital during 2012-2015 were extracted;statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption sum , antibiotics use density ( AUD), define daily dose system (DDDs), etc..RESULTS:During 2012-2015, the categories of antibiotics decreased from 52 to 48;the application rate of antibiotics in pediatric outpatient patients decreased from 30.06% to 19.97%, the emergency patients decreased from 46.70%to 38.21%,while in inpatients decreased from 66.71%to 58.64%.The application rate of pediatric antibiotics injection decreased from 51.20% to 44.84%; the pediatric AUD decreased from 108.64 DDDs/(100 people· d) to 99.61 DDDs/(100 people· d), the decreasing range was 8.31%; the application rate of antibiotics combination in outpatients decreased from 44.54%to 24.74%, and in inpatients decreased from 41.45%to 29.77%.CONCLUSIONS:After the development of antibiotics special rectification in the hospital in 2012, various indicators of clinical application of antibiotics had been improved;part of the indicators have reached the requirements of National Health and Family Planning Commission of PRC , yet the management still needs the further strength .
