OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin on left ventricular diastolic function and activity of daily living ( ADL) of elderly patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF ) .METHODS:104 elderly patients with CHF admitted into Puyang People 's Hospital from Nov.2014 to Nov.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via lot method , with 52 cases in each .The control group was given conventional therapy of diuretics and β-receptor blockers , while the observation group was given trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin based on the control group , both groups received a continuous treatment of 6 months.Differences in left ventricular diastolic function , ADL scores , the medical outcomes study item short from health survey ( SF-36 ) scores before and after treatment , and the incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared .RESULTS:After treatment, the early peak velocity of mitral valve (E), advanced peak velocity of mitral valve (A) and E/A of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:The combination of trimetazidine and rosuvastatin in treatment of elderly CHF can significantly improve patients ' left ventricular diastolic function , promote ADL and quality of life , with high safety .%目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者左心室舒张功能及日常生活能力的影响.方法:选取2014年11月—2016年11月河南省濮阳县人民医院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者104例,根据抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例.对照组患者给予利尿剂、β受体阻断剂等常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6个月.比较两组患者治疗前后左心室舒张功能指标、日常生活能力评分、健康调查量表评分及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者二尖瓣环舒张早期峰值速度(E)、二尖瓣环舒张晚期峰值速度(A)和E/A水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年慢性心力衰竭,可明显改善患者左心室舒张功能,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,安全性较高.
