目的:探讨清远市中医院(以下简称"我院")泌尿系统感染的常见病原菌分布及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法:对我院诊断为泌尿系统感染的125例患者的尿液培养结果进行分析,并进行药物敏感试验,了解细菌耐药情况.结果:125例患者的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌最为多见(105例,占84.0%),其中以大肠埃希菌为主;革兰阳性球菌6例(占5.2%),以粪肠球菌为主;真菌14例(占11.0%),以白色念珠菌为主.细菌耐药情况较严重,多数革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢唑林、四环素的耐药率较高;除鲍曼不动杆菌外,多数革兰阴性杆菌对哌拉西林他唑巴坦、亚胺培南、美罗培南的敏感率较高.革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁的敏感率较高.结论:我院泌尿系统感染的病原菌仍以革兰阴性菌为主,由于细菌耐药性增强,抗菌谱不断变化,临床应重视尿液培养和药物敏感试验,合理使用抗菌药物.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria and its drug resistances of patients with urinary system infection in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to provide references for clinical rational drug application. METHODS:Results of urine cultivate of 125 patients diagnosed urinary system infection in our hospital were analyzed, and drug sensitivity test were carried out to investigate the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. RESULTS:The pathogenic bacteria of 125 patients were commonly seen as gram negative bacilli(105 cases, 84.0%), and escherichia coli took the lead. Gram positive coccus were 6 strains(5.2%), mainly performed as enterococcus faecalis. And fungus were 14 strains(11.0%), mostly focus on candida albicans. The drug resistances were severe, the drug resistances of most gram negative bacilli to ampicillin, cefazolin and tetracycline was relatively high. Except for acinetobacter baumannii, the sensitive rate of most gram negative bacilli to piperacillin-tazobactam, imipenem and meropenem was relatively high. And the sensitive rate of gram positive coccus to vancomycin and teicoplanin was relatively high. CONCLUSIONS:The urinary system infection are mainly induced by gram negative bacterium; due to the increase of bacterial resistance and changes of antibacterial spectrum, the clinic should attach more importance to urine culture,drug sensitivity test and use antibiotics rationally.
