戊酸雌二醇片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片用于多次人工流产术后子宫内膜修复及防止宫腔黏连的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To probe into the efficacy of Estradiol valerate tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in treatment of postoperative endometrial repair induced by multiple abortion and in prevention of intrauterine adhesion.METHODS: 120 pregnancies who required artificial abortion surgeries with ≥2 artificial abortion surgeries admitted into Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jul.2015 to Oct.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment after artificial abortion surgery,while the observation group was given Estradiol valerate tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets after artificial abortion surgery based on the control group.The menstruation and menstrual amount decrease of two groups were recorded,differences of endometrial thickness after one cycle of treatment and intrauterine adhesion after medication for three cycles.RESULTS: The menstruation of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and incidence of menstrual amount decrease was lower than that control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After medication of one cycle,the endometrial thickness of observation group was greater than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After medication for three cycles,the incidence of intrauterine adhesion in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Estradiol valerate tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in treatment of postoperative endometrial repair induced by multiple abortion and in prevention of intrauterine adhesion is significant.%目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片对多次人工流产术后子宫内膜的修复作用及防止宫腔黏连的疗效.方法:选取2015年7月-2016年10月景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的人工流产术史≥2次且拟行人工流产术的妊娠患者120例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组患者于人工流产术后给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上于人工流产术后给予戊酸雌二醇片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗.观察并记录两组患者术后月经复潮时间、复潮时患者月经量减少的发生情况,比较两组患者给药1周期后子宫内膜增厚情况及给药3个周期后宫腔黏连情况的差异.结果:观察组患者的月经复潮时间明显短于对照组,复潮时患者月经量减少的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药1周期后,观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药3周期后,观察组患者的宫腔黏连发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:戊酸雌二醇片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片可有效修复多次人工流产术后的子宫内膜,有效防止宫腔黏连,效果良好.
