OBJECTIVE:To probe into the expression and clinical pathological significance of MMP-12 and CX-7 in enamel cells .METHODS:The surgical specimens of 39 patients with tumor of the enamel collected and confirmed by histopathology were set as observation group .Meanwhile , 40 cases of normal tissue were collected as control group . The paraffin sections were made and HE staining was carried out .MMP-12 and CK-7 were determined by SP method . RESULTS:There was no positive expression of MMP-12 in normal tissues in control group ( the positive rate was 0 ) , yet the positive rate in observation group was 74.36%( 29/39 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) . The positive rate of CK-7 in control group was 2.50%( 1/40 ) , significantly lower than that of observation group [61.54%(24/39)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).According to the statistical expression data of MMP-12 and CK-7 under different pathological conditions , with recurrence and malignant transformation of tumor , the expression level of MMP-12 and CK-7 increased , the positive rate were increasing with the degree of pathology , with statistically significant difference between two groups ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:MMP-12 and CK-7 in enamel cells shows positive expression significantly , which has close relationship between the clinical pathological conditions .With tumor recurrence and malignant transformation , the positive expression level of MMP-12 and CK-7 are increasing .%目的:探讨成釉细胞瘤中基质金属蛋白酶12(MMP-12)和细胞角蛋白7(CK-7)的表达及其临床病理学意义.方法:收集39例成釉细胞瘤患者的手术标本,均经组织病理证实,设为观察组;同时,收集40例正常口腔黏膜组织作为对照组.利用标本制作石蜡切片,实施苏木精-伊红染色,并利用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法测定MMP12和CK7的表达.结果:MMP-12在对照组中无阳性表达(阳性表达率为0),在观察组中呈现出一定的阳性表达[阳性表达率为74.36%(29/39)],2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CK-7在对照组中的阳性表达率为2.50%(1/40),显著低于观察组的61.54%(24/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对不同病理情况下的MMP-12与CK-7表达情况进行统计,结果显示,随着肿瘤的复发与恶变,MMP-12与CK-7的阳性表达水平相应地不断升高,病理程度越高,相应的,MMP-12与CK-7的阳性表达率也越高,且组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:成釉细胞瘤中MMP-12和CK7会呈现出明显的阳性表达,且与临床病理情况之间存在密切的联系,随着肿瘤的复发与恶变,MMP-12与CK-7的阳性表达水平也不断升高.
