临床药师开展药学服务现状及其效果评价

摘要

目的:了解国内外开展药学服务的现状及其效果评价,探讨药学服务及其效果评价的意义.方法:对国外药学服务效果评价的文献报道进行分析,比较国内的药学服务及其效果评价现状,从江苏省省级机关医院临床案例入手展开探讨.结果:通过对药学服务进行效果评价,越来越多的数据表明,临床药师开展药学服务对于提高多种疾病患者的生活质量具有重要意义.结论:虽然近几年国内有关住院患者药学服务的案例报道日益增多,但仍缺乏长期的大规模药学服务效果评价研究,这将是我国临床药学工作者未来的努力方向.%OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status and effect evaluation of pharmaceutical care at home and abroad, and to probe into the significance of pharmaceutical care and effect evaluation .METHODS: Analysis was conducted on effect evaluation of pharmaceutical care in foreign literature , and then comparative analysis was conducted on status of pharmaceutical care and its effect evaluation in China from the respect of clinical case from Jiangsu Province Official Hospital .RESULTS: Through the effect evaluation of pharmaceutical care , more and more data showed that pharmaceutical care was of great significance for improving the life quality of patients with various diseases .CONCLUSIONS:Although the number of inpatient pharmaceutical care cases in China is increasing in recent years, the long-term large-scale pharmaceutical care effect evaluation research is still lack , which will be the future direction of clinical pharmacists in China .
