车桥装配线瓶颈工位改进

摘要

以某公司车桥装配线为研究对象,分析了装配线现有的节拍及线平衡率,运用工业工程中ECRS的原则对现有工序进行改善,从而消除瓶颈工序,提高线平衡率,使装配线的线平衡率从76.06％提高到94.63％.%The thesis takes the axle assembly line of a company as the research object, analysis the existing assemble line cycle time and line balance rate, and utilize the principle of ECRS in industrial engineering to improve the existing process, to eliminate the bottleneck process and improve the line balance rate, after improvement the assemble line balance rate increase from 74.10％ to 93.81％.
