基于ANSYS的弹性可胀心轴夹具的分析

         

摘要

以汽车转向器中的球形轴衬为研究对象,针对刚性心轴装夹工件加工零件时存在定位精度不高及适应性差等缺点进行分析,采用弹性可胀心轴对刚性心轴进行优化,通过计算得知轴向定位误差与径向定位误差分别为0.38 mm与0.0125 mm,满足设计要求.利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对弹性可胀心轴夹具进行仿真,模拟结果表明:胀簧受到的最大应力值为161.65 MPa,胀簧在使用时不会发生塑性变形.球形轴衬最大应变值为0.000 5,并且沿X轴、Y轴及Z轴方向的位移分别为0.03 mm、0.005 mm与0.005 mm,满足加工要求.%Spherical bush of automobile steering device is taken as the research object, for the rigid mandrel, machining accuracy of the workpiece is not high and the disadvantages of poor adaptability is analyzed, elastic expanding spindle fixture is used to optimize the rigid mandrel, the calculation results show that the positioning errors of axial and radial are 0.38 mm and 0.0125 mm respectively, and it satisfies the design requirements.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the elastic expanding spindle fixture, simulation results show that the maximum stress of spring is 161.65 MPa, and the plastic deformation will not occur when the spring is used. The maximum strain of spherical bush is 0.0005, displacement of spherical bush along X axis, Y axis and Z axis are0.03 mm, 0.005 mm and 0.005 mm respectively, and it meets the processing requirements.
