LTCC自动生产线的填孔技术研究

摘要

通过比较两种填孔方式优缺点,最终采用印刷式填孔;印刷式填孔对浆料的挤压次数少,精度高,而且通过改进设备,具有对位响应快速,网版更换便捷的特点;通过调整设备参数,可满足LTCC自动线生产.%By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two filling methods, the method of printing was used finally. The method of printing fills the slurry with less squeezing, high precision, and through the improvement equipment, has the fast response to the bit, the screen replacement convenient characteristics. LTCC automatic production line has been basically satisfied by adjusting the equipment parameters.
