美国MicroE圆光栅在数控转台和DDR电机领域的应用及特点

         

摘要

近年来,对精确自动测量转角的要求大大增长,作为自动测量仪器和装备的关键元件圆光栅及反馈系统的需求也日趋迫切。很多部门在精密加工、精密测量和自动控制等方面,使用圆光栅就可以实现自动测量、数显和数控。美国MicroE Systems是GSI集团精密运动公司成员公司,创建于1994年。致力于推进光栅技术。提供世界领先技术的光学编码器和精密定位系统。MicroE抓住了运动系统小型化的趋势,开发出了超过30个不同型号的光栅系统。这些创新不仅使得系统获得更高的精度和速度,而且体积更加巧、更加易于安装、更低功耗、使用灵活方便的优势,近年来由于技术的革新,以及对高精度和高速度的要求MicroE圆光栅在数控转台和DDR电机应用领域被得到广泛应用。%The requirements of automatic precision goniometry are growing quickly. As key measuring and feedback sensor component, rotary encoder is finding its grand stage in this field. Rotary encoder can be applied to auto-detect,numerical-display,numerical-control angle displacement on precision fabricating, measuring, automatic control equipments. MicroE Systems is subsidiary of GSI group. The company dedicated on revolution of encoder technology since 1994. MicroE can provide the world's most innovative optical encoder and high accuracy positioning systems. By grasping the miniature motion control system trends, MicroE develops more than 30 models of encoder systems. These encoders improved the measuring accuracy and increased velocity. They are much smaller, easy setup, less powerjconsume, can be broad used on NC swivel stages and D DR motors. This paper introduces two typical cases of MicroE encoder application in these areas.
