台式回流焊控制系统设计

摘要

介绍一种基于单片机的回流焊接控制系统，该系统采用AT89C51作为主控制器，通过温度传感器测温，由模糊PID控制模式实现设备的温度控制，并由触摸屏实现设备状态的显示和操作。实践表明，该系统具有结构简单、操作方便、成本低等特点。%This paper introduces areflow w elding control system based on single chip m icro-com puter. Single chip m icrocom puter A T 89C 51 is adopted as m aster controller in this system .T hrough tem p sensor to test the tem perature,it can carry out the tem perature control of the equipm ent by fuzzy PID control m ode and the display and operation of the equipm ent statusby touch screen. Practice show s that,this system has the characteristics ofsim ple structure,practicaloperation,low costand so on.
