PCB数控机械钻孔机加工效率提升方法研究

摘要

In this paper three methods of elevating PCBCNC drilling efficiency are presented and each method is im plem ented in real scenario and confirm ed to be workable by real test data. Com parison is doneinthesethreemethodsbyrealtestinordertofindefficiencygainofeachmethod,inthesame time,advantage and disadvantage of each m ethod is highlighted as well. In a conclusion,this paper provides a feasible reference for PCBCNC drilling machine or sim ilar drilling machine design and manufacturing.%提出了3种提高PC B 数控机械钻孔机加工效率的办法,每种方法经过测试都有效可行,通过实验对比了3种方法效率提升程度,同时讨论了3种方法的优劣,为PC B 数控机械钻孔机器和类似钻孔加工机器的设计和生产提供参考.
