W ith the rapid developm ent of L C D industry,increasingly fierce com petition betw een L C M production of the factory, in order to expand production, reduce costs, degree of autom ation equipm ent and higher. T he application of autom atic fog bonding m achine vision positioning system can greatly im prove the degree of autom ation equipm ent,and vision calibration technology is the prerequisite and basis of vision positioning system plays an key role. T he application of the technology to im prove the positioning precision and accuracy,thereby im proving the production efficiency of FO G m achine.%随着液晶行业的迅猛发展,生产LC M 各厂家之间的竞争也越来越激烈,为了扩大生产,降低成本,设备自动化程度要求越来越高. 全自动FO G 邦定机中视觉定位系统的应用大大提高了设备的自动化程度,而视觉标定技术是视觉定位系统中的前提和基础,起着关键作用. 该技术的应用提高了对位的精确度和准确度,从而提高了FO G 邦定机生产效率.
