SKALAR SAN++连续流动分析法测定水中总氰化物的比对研究

     

摘要

Total cyanide in water were determined by SKALAR SAN ++ continuous flow analysis and isonicotinato-pyrazolone spectrophotometry method,comparison was done between the principles,analysis processes,sample accuracies and recovery rates of these two methods.The data differences were verified with mathematical statistical test.The results suggested that the two analytical methods for the determination standard water samples and actual water samples both met the technical quality requirement of the water quality monitoring.%采用SKALAR SAN++连续流动分析法和异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水中的总氰化物,通过比对实验对2种方法的测定原理、分析过程及其样品的精密度、准确度和回收率进行比对研究,并采用数理统计检验方法验证2种分析方法测定的数据差异性.结果表明上述2种分析方法对标准样测定和实际水样分析均满足水质监测的技术质量要求.
