某化工企业搬迁遗留场地环境调查与健康风险评估

摘要

The environmental site investigation and health risk assessment were performed for the remaining site of a chemical industrial enterprise according to Technical Guidelines for Environmental Site Investigation(HJ 25.1—2014),Technical Guidelines for Environmental Site Monitoring(HJ 25.2—2014)and Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites(HJ 25.3—2014).The results showed that the detection rates of Benz(a)anthracene,Benzo[b]fluorathene,Benzo(a)pyrene and indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene were higher than acceptable risk level.The site is mainly contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Some pollutants are carcinogenic,and the environmental risks of the site are not acceptable and there are risks.And therefore the site remediation should be conducted to protect human health.Risk-based the proposed remedial area was 6 975 m2. The site recommends repair repair earth volume is about 13 950 m3.%以某化工企业搬迁遗留场地为研究区域,根据HJ 25.1—2014《场地环境调查技术导则》,HJ 25.2—2014《场地环境监测技术导则》及HJ 25.3—2014《污染场地风险评估技术导则》进行场地环境调查及风险评估.结果表明,该场地苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(a)芘、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘的检出率较高.场地主要受到多环芳烃类物质的污染,部分污染物具有致癌性,场地环境风险不可接受,存在风险隐患.该场地在开发前需进行场地修复,根据健康风险评估划定的建议修复区域,该场地建议修复总面积为6975 m2,修复的土方量约为13950 m3.
