食用香精生产废气治理工程实例分析

         

摘要

Combined with the experience of the reconstruction of a edible essence factory in Jiangsu province, the pollution characteristic of waste gas was analyzed to summarize the essence factory exhaust pollution characteristics, the application and design of water absorption, activated carbon adsorption. Regenerative thermal oxidizer and non-thermal plasma technology were compared and analyzed. And non-thermal plasma reactor was finally selected. The designed capacity of the project was 25000 m3/h. The total investment of the processing equipment was about 2600000 yuan, and annual operation cost of the exhaust gas treatment system was about 143000 yuan. The removal rates of odor pollutants could reach 92.5%. The project has significantly improved the regional atmospheric environment quality with gas nuisance complaints decreasing obviously.%结合江苏某香精生产企业废气治理改造经验,总结了香精厂废气污染特点,通过对水吸收、活性炭吸附、蓄热式焚烧炉、低温等离子体技术等废气净化技术的对比分析,最终确定采用低温等离子体净化工艺.系统设计处理能力为25000 m3/h,处理装置总投资约260万元,运行费用14.3万元/a,臭气浓度的去除率高达92.5%.工程实际运行效果良好,企业废气扰民投诉明显降低.
