浅谈烧结烟气脱硫BOO模式创新管理及应用

摘要

目前钢铁企业在烧结烟气脱硫项目建设及运营过程存在一次投资大,运行效率低等问题。BOO模式为钢铁企业建设烟气脱硫项目提供了新的融资模式,实现了脱硫项目的专业化建设和专业化运营,有利于政府部门和钢铁企业共同监管,脱硫运行效率有效提高。%The steel enterprises face problems of large investment and low operating efficiency in the construction and opera- tion of sintering flue gas desulfurization projects. Building - owning - operation(BOO) model provides a new financing mode for the flue gas desulphurization project under steel enterprises, realizing professional construction and operation of a desulfurization projects. This study is conducive to joint supervision of government and steel enterprises, improving the efficiencies of desulfuriza- tion operation.
