基于能值理论的佳木斯市生态经济系统研究

摘要

This article systematically analyzed energy,resource flow and condition of eco-economy system in Jiamusi on the basis of energy theory.The results showed that the energy form electricity was 15.09%,lower than the developed countries and domestic developed areas.Energy sustainability index was 7.50,indicating that the region is underdeveloped.Environmental loading radio was 1.9.Rich resources and the less environmental pressure were conducive to the development of local economy.Some suggestions on policy-making were proposed for the sustainable development of Jiamusi.%运用能值分析方法对佳木斯市生态经济系统中能量、资源流动及系统的状况进行了系统的分析,并与其他国家或地区进行了比较。结果表明：佳木斯市的电力能值使用量比例为15.09%,低于发达国家和国内的发达地区;能值可持续发展指数为7.50,表明该地区处于不发达状态;环境负荷率为1.9。丰富的资源与较小的环境压力有利于发展当地经济。在此分析基础之上,对佳木斯市的可持续发展提出了有效的政策建议。
