农村生活垃圾处理的目标、原则和评价方法浅议

摘要

Promoting waste treatment in small towns and rural areas is an extremely essential part of environment remediation and management in China in recent years.According to the fundamental purpose of waste treatment,as well as the waste composition and technical conditions in small towns and rural areas,the targets of rural waste treatment were discussed,the goal oriented waste treatment principles and the assessment methods were put forward,which may facilitate the decision-making for selection of waste treatment modes and technologies in small towns and rural area.%推广农村生活垃圾处理是我国现阶段环境治理的重点任务之一.依据我国固体废物处理的基本目的,结合农村生活垃圾的组成特点和处理条件,讨论了农村生活垃圾的处理目标,提出了目标导向的处理原则及处理技术评价方法,为农村生活垃圾处理模式和技术筛选提供参考.
