PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the disclosure of information and plan on the utilization of reclaimed lands by deducing the termination period of a waste treatment site in a simulation. ;SOLUTION: A waste treatment site 1 is divided into a plurality of reclaiming lands 21-25. The reclaiming lands 21-25 are filled up with waste one after another and the base items for evaluation of reclamation (the quality of seepage water, the amount of generated gas and the internal temperature) of the respective reclaimed lands are measured so that the termination-period of the last reclaiming land 25 may be deduced in a simulation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
