水解酸化-接触氧化-泛氧化塘工艺处理印染废水

摘要

本工程中印染废水原水水质参数为：CODCr 600～800 mg／L，BOD5200～300 mg／L，pH 6．0～10．0，SS 100～200 mg／L，色度300倍。针对该废水水质特点，采用水解酸化—接触氧化—泛氧化塘为核心的工艺处理印染废水。处理后出水水质CODCr38 mg／L，BOD512 mg／L，pH 7．2，SS 16．9 mg／L，氨氮2．1 mg／L，色度26倍，达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》（GB4287－2012）一级标准。%In this study,the raw printing and dyeing wastewater was in pH 6. 0-10. 0 and chromatic-ity 300,contained CODCr 600 -800 mg/L,BOD5 200 -300mg/L,and SS 100 -200mg/L. The process of Hydrolytic acidification-Contact Oxidation-Pan-oxidation Pond was selected for the treatment. After treatment,the effluent could comply with the Class I of Discharge Standards of Wa-ter Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry in China (GB4287-2012 ),and the water quality was like:CODCr 38mg/L,BOD5 12mg/L,pH 7. 2,SS 6. 9mg/L,NH3 -N 2. 1mg/L,and Chromaticity 26 .
