两性高分子絮凝剂的结构与性能的研究

     

摘要

In this paper the natural wood powder F691 was modified by carboxymethyl reaction,grafting reaction andMannich reaction to prepare a new amphoteric flocculant(CGAAC),the optimal structure conditions for the preparation ofCGAAC were determined. The flocculation properties of CGAAC toward the water of kaolinite were also studied, the ex-perimental results showed that CGAAC have wider optimal dosage and pH value for flocculation.%以天然高分子植物粉F691为原料,通过羧甲基化、接枝共聚和曼尼期(Mannich)三步反应合成出两性天然高分子改性絮凝剂(CGAAC)。研究了阴/阳取代度、接枝率等结构因素对CGAAC絮凝性能的影响;并将CGAAC对高岭土的絮凝性能与阴离子絮凝剂CGA和阳离子絮凝剂PAM-C进行了对比,实验结果表明:该絮凝剂具有最佳用量范围较宽、pH值使用范围较宽的特点。
