化工装置的噪声治理技术研究及应用

         

摘要

In order to reduce the noise of the equipment which produces hydrogen 4 500 m3 per year and methanol 10 000 tons per year, and reduce the effect to the staff and the residents around the area, considering the characteristics of the noise, a series of technology are used for improving the performance of the equipment, such as, sound absorption, sound insulation and sound elimination. After the treatment,the device can reduce the noise from 97 dB to 80 dB, conform to The Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises (GBZ 1-2002) ;The factory boundary noise below 65 decibels, conform to the requirement of the fourth level of The Standards for the Factory Boundary Noise of Industrial Enterprises ( GB 12348-90).%为了降低4500Nm3/a氢气联产10000t/a甲醇装置的噪声及减少对岗位员工和周边居民的影响,针对该装置噪声特点,采用吸声、隔声、消声技术对该装置进行整治。治理后,该装置噪声值由97dB降至80dB,符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GB Zl—2002);同时,厂界噪声值低于65dB,符合《工业企业厂界噪声标准》(GB12348—90)g四类要求。
