针对资源枯竭型城市生态环境的特点，在对城区生态环境质量综合评价的基础上，利用GIS技术工具，综合专家意见和定量分析的方法，对城区生态服务功能、生态敏感性、土地适宜性、土地利用现状和长远规划以及相关远景发展规划等主导因素进行叠加、整合、领域合并后再进行生态功能区划。将抚顺城区生态功能分区划分为3个一级区和6个二级区，并对不同生态功能区提出相应的保护措施，为改善抚顺城区生态环境质量奠定基础。%In connection with the characteristics of the ecological environment of resource-exhausted cities,on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation for the urban ecological environment quality, the dominant factors including urban ecdogical service functions, ecological sensitivity,land suitability,land utilized status and long-term planning were superimposed, integrated and regionalized for conducting ecological function zoning by using GIS technology tools and consolidating expert advice and methods of quantitative analysis. In the study,Fushun urban area was divided into three level Ⅰ areas and six level Ⅱareas, and then the corresponding protection measures were put forward for different ecological function areas, it could lay the foundation for improving the ecological environment quality of Fushunurbanarea.
