两性聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液的制备及其脱色性能

             

摘要

Anion poly aery lamide was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propylsulfonic acid ( AMPS) and acrylamide (AM) as monomers. Then the amphoteric polyacrylamide inverse emulsion was prepared by Mannich reaction and was used directly in the decolorization of basic fuchsin solution. The experimental results show that; Under the conditions of n( AMPS) : n(AM) =0.2, n (polyoxymethylene) : n( anion polyacrylamide) =0.5, solution pH 9, amphoteric polyacrylamide inverse emulsion dosage 600 mg/L and basic fuchsin solution concentration 50 mg/L, the decolorization rate can reach 89. 6% ; The effect of the amphoteric polyacrylamide inverse emulsion on the decolorization of basic fuchsin solution is higher than those of the cation or anion polyacrylamide inverse emulsions.%以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,通过反相乳液聚合制备阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,再通过Mannich反应制得两性聚丙烯酰胺.将制得的两性聚丙烯酰胺产品直接用于碱性品红溶液的脱色.实验结果表明:在n(AMPS)∶n(AM) =0.2、n(多聚甲醛)∶n(阴离子聚丙烯酰胺)=0.5、溶液pH为9、两性聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液加入量为600 mg/L的条件下,质量浓度为50 mg/L碱性品红溶液的脱色率为89.6%;两性聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液对碱性品红溶液的脱色效果优于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液.
