十二烷基硫酸钠降解菌的分离、鉴定及其降解能力

         

摘要

从含十二烷基硫酸钠的废水中通过富集培养的方法得到一株可以十二烷基硫酸钠为惟一碳源生长的降解菌PB - 21.通过形态学特征观察、生理生化实验以及16S rRNA序列分析,对菌PB -21进行初步鉴定.鉴定结果表明,该菌为放线细菌属(Actinobacterium sp.),与Actinobacterium C46 - Indonesia最为相似,相似性为99%.在反应温度为30℃、反应液pH为8的条件下,接种降解菌PB -21 72 h后,十二烷基硫酸钠质量浓度由400.0 mg/L降至39.8 mg/L,降解率达90.0%.添加自然有机物质可以显著促进十二烷基硫酸钠的降解.质粒检测结果表明,控制菌PB -21降解十二烷基硫酸钠的基因存在于质粒七.%The bacterial strain PB -21, which can degrade sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) and use it as the sole carbon source, was obtained from SDS - containing wastewater by enrichment culture method, and was identified by morphological characteristic observation, physiological-biochemical tests and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The added natural organic matters can greatly accelerate the degradation of SDS. The result of plasmid detection indicates that the gene controlling SDS degradation is in the plasmid of PB -21.
