采用微波-过氧乙酸(PAA)联合作用处理剩余污泥,考察了微波辐照时间、微波功率、PAA投加量对剩余污泥分解效果的影响.同时以单独微波作用为对比,考察了微波-PAA联合作用下剩余污泥性质的变化.结果表明,当微波功率为600 W,PAA投加量为0.24 g/g(以干质量SS计)时,微波辐照60 s后剩余污泥分解率可达35%以上.剩余污泥上清液中溶解性有机物(SCOD)可以达到2 860 mg/L,明显高于单独微波作用,上清液中TN、NH4+-N、TP分别为218、27、54 mg/L,分别为单独微波作用的2.3、2.5、3.9倍,同时上清液中的蛋白质和总糖浓度也显著增加.%Pretreatment of excess sludge by microwave irradiation combined with peracetic acid (PAA) was conducted to investigate the effect of irradiation time,irradiation power and PAA dosage on excess sludge decomposition efficiency. The variation of sludge characteristics before and after pretreatment was analyzed and compared with single microwave treated sludge. Results showed that under the microwave irradiation of 600 W,PAA dosages of 0.24 g/g and reacted for 60 s,the decomposition rate of excess sludge could over 35 %. After pretreatment of combined microwave and PAA,the concentration of SCOD in sludge supernatant increased to 2 860 mg/L, which was much higher than that of single microwave treated sludge; the concentration of TN, N H4+-N, TP in sludge supernatant was 218,27,54 mg/L respectively,which was 2.3,2.5,3.9 times of single microwave processing; the protein contents and the total sugar contents also increased significantly.
