切应力对铜绿微囊藻活性的影响

         

摘要

Hydrodynamic force is an important factor in the growth of algae.In order to investigate the effect of shear stress on growth of algal cells,a self-made experimental device was used to exert different shear stress (0,0.29,0.44,0.59,0.74,0.97 Pa)on cells.Microcystis aeruginosa was selected as the research object.The growth status was observed,moreover,TP,TN and cell number of each group were recorded for the statistical analysis.This study aimed at developing a universal and feasible method for managing eutrophication and water bloom.Groups with 0.29 and 0.44 Pa grew better than the control group (group of 0.29 Pa grew better than group of 0.44 Pa);growth inhibition was observed in group of 0.59 Pa;negative growth was observed in cells of groups of 0.79 and 0.97 Pa,and all the cells in 24 hours were killed in group of 0.97 Pa.The shear stress affected algal cell activity directly.According to the growth of microcystis aeruginosa,it was concluded that low shear stress could promote growth,while high shear stress inhibited its growth.Algal cells could be killed under excessive shear stress.The shear stress would not affect the duration of algae growth.%水动力是影响藻类生长的重要因素.为研究切应力对藻细胞生长的影响,利用自制实验装置,以铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,分别对藻细胞施加0(对照组),0.29,0.44,0.59,0.74,0.97 Pa的切应力,观察各组生长状况,并对实验结果(各时期的TN、TP和细胞数目)进行统计分析,以期获得具有普遍适用性和可移植性的水体富营养化和水华预防与治理的规律和方法.结果显示,0.29,0.44 Pa组长势要好于对照组(其中0.29 Pa组长势最快,0.44 Pa组次之);0.59 Pa组的藻细胞出现生长抑制;0.79 Pa,0.97 Pa组藻细胞呈负增长,0.97 Pa的切应力在24 h内导致所有铜绿微囊藻细胞死亡.表明,切应力是影响藻细胞活性的直接因素,对铜绿微囊藻的生长影响表现为低切应力可促进生长,高切应力抑制生长,过大的切应力则导致藻细胞死亡.但切应力作用不会影响铜绿微囊藻生长期的长短.
