资源型工业园区循环经济与节能降耗发展模式探讨

摘要

本文针对山阴县北周庄低碳循环经济园区资源型产业定位和高能耗的特点，从工业固废资源化和合理构建产业链角度分析园区如何实现循环经济可持续发展，根据园区能源消耗情况，分析高耗能企业的节能降耗途径，从而实现资源、能源的高效利用。%The position of industrial estates associated with low carbon circular economy and the characteristic of the primary heavy energy-consumption enterprises in BeiZhouzhuang of Shanyin have been focused in this research� We have analyzed how to achieve the sustainable circular economy based on transforming industrial solid wastes into resources and building industrial chain reasonably, explored the approach on energy-saving and cost-reducing associated with high energy-consuming enterprises according to the condition of energy consumption, and finally achieved the efficient utilization of resources.
