硫、磷、氮极压抗磨添加剂在可降解基础油中的摩擦学特性研究

     

摘要

The disadvantage of the existence of the biological degradation of mineral based lubricants� The pollution has caused people's high attention� In this paper, pentaerythritol ester used as biodegradable base oil, added sulfur, T406, T306 as additives, respectively� Experimental study on the tribological properties of lubricant on the four ball friction and wear tester, and the morphology of wear scar was observed by scanning electron microscope� The results show that sensitivity of pentaerythritol ester vinyl sulfides is better� In the small dosage, pentaerythritol ester showed good lubricating performance.%矿物基润滑剂存在着生物降解性差的弊端,它所造成的污染已经引起人们的高度重视。本文以季戊四醇酯为可降解基础油,分别以硫烯、 T306、 T406为添加剂,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上实验了润滑剂的摩擦学特性,用扫描电镜观察了磨痕形貌。结果表明季戊四醇酯对硫烯的感受性比较好。在小剂量添加时,季戊四醇酯润滑性能好。
