沈阳市和平区生态功能区划研究与生态环境保护策略

摘要

Ecological city construction and planning are based on urban ecological function regionalization� Most of the researches and practices carried out in China are in large scale, while those in district or county level is rare� This paper conducts ecological function regionalization of Shenyang Heping District, using type map drawing method based on elements overlay� The district was divided into four ecological function units and eight subordinate ecological function regions� By constructing ecological security pattern and formulating ecological environment protection strategy, the regional ecological system and its function would maintain the independence and integrity, and it would promote highly integrated among regions�As a result, it would support sustainable and rapid development of Heping District.%城市生态功能区划是生态城市建设与规划的基础，我国在各个尺度、多个区域进行了生态功能区划的研究和实践，但往往从较大尺度上开展，较少涉及区县层面的生态功能区划。本文选取沈阳市和平区作为研究对象，采用基于要素叠置的类型制图法进行生态功能区划，将和平区划分为4个生态功能单元和8个次一级生态功能区，并通过构建生态安全格局，制定生态环境保护策略，保障区域生态系统和功能的独立性完整性，促进区域间有机串联，从而为和平区快速可持续发展提供支撑。
