创建国家生态文明建设示范区的差距与策略分析——以五华区为例

摘要

建设生态文明已被提升为国家发展战略并开始付诸实践,生态文明建设示范区创建是推进生态文明的有效载体,亦是区域可持续发展道路的重要阶段.本文以五华区为例,在五华区成功创建云南省省级生态文明区的基础上,重点围绕国家环保部颁布的创建指标要求,找出五华区争创国家生态文明建设示范区存在的差距,提出今后创建的的重点任务,为力争达到国家生态文明建设示范区标准提供技术支持.%Building ecological civilization has been promoted to the national development strategy and start to put into practice.The construction of ecological civilization construction demonstration area is an effective carrier to promote ecological civilization,also is the important stage of regional sustainable development path. In wuhua district as an example,in wuhua successfully created on the basis of yunnan provincial ecological culture center,focus on create index requirements issued by the national environment,find out the wuhua creating the gap existing national demonstration area of ecological civilization construction,put forward the future to create the key tasks,in order to achieve the national ecological civilization demonstration area and named to provide technical support.
