无形管理与有形管理的辩证思考

摘要

In the management system,especially in corporate governance,management bears two aspects of both tangible and intangible attributes,which mean tangible and intangible management.Although both of them belong to management category,each of them has relative independence between independence.Tangible management exhibits its all edges,and intangible manage is a management without management,in another word,the most effective management filled with vital forces.Tangible management and intangible management are not completely separated.Tangible management is the premise of intangible management,and intangible management the senior form of tangible management.For present management,only if tangible and intangible management are properly combined,can the management goal be realized.The implementation of intangible management requires dialectical thoughts and some effective means.%在管理系统特别是企业管理中,管理具有有形性与无形性两面性,即有形管理与无形管理。二者虽都属于管理,但其分别具有相对独立性：有形管理锋芒直露,无形管理是没有管理的管理,是最有效果的管理或充满生机的管理。有形管理与无形管理也不是完全分开的,有形管理是无形管理的前提,无形管理是有形管理的高级形式。在当今的管理中,只有二者恰到好处地结合,才能实现管理的目标。实施无形管理需要辩证思维方式,需要一些有效的手段来支持。
