发展低碳经济的理论思考

摘要

低碳理论是建立在自然规律基础上的经济理论。低碳经济指的是在发展中排放最少的温室气体,同时获得整个社会最大的产出。从生态足迹理论、脱钩理论、＂过山车＂理论（EKC假说）等视角,可以分析我国发展低碳经济的必要性、可能性及其发展态势。从根源上重新审视各种经济社会活动,有利于从机制、制度层面,并结合我国实情控制温室气体的排放,从而使低碳经济理论和模式成为解决全球气候变化问题的途径,走出一条有中国特色的低碳经济发展道路。%The theory of Low-carbon is economic theory on the basis of the natural law.The Low-carbon economy means the least green house gas emission in development at the same time the maximum outputs of all society.From the perspectives of ecological footprint theory,decoupling theory and roller coaster theory,this article analyzes the necessity,possibility and situation of developing low-carbon economy in China.It is helpful for control green house emission from the aspects of mechanism,system and reality in our country that all kinds of economic and social activities are scanned again from the origin,which makes low-carbon economy theory and mode become the path to solve the problems of global climate change to find out a way of low-carbon economy development with China＇s characteristics.
