环境保护水平的地区差异及对策研究——基于山东省17地市的实证分析

摘要

环境既在一定意义上构成经济增长的前提和基础,又是经济增长的主要目的,甚至环境本身就被当作资源禀赋和财富。近年来,山东省环境保护水平有了明显提高,但地区差异较大。本文采用因子分析和聚类分析法,对山东省17地市的环境保护水平进行了综合性评价,以期为环境保护水平的提高提供理论依据和对策建议。%To some extend Environment constititue the the premise and foundation of economic growth,and is also the main purpose of economic growth,and even the environment itself is regarded as resources endowment and wealth.In recent years,the level of environmental protection in Shandong province have obviously been improved,but there is relatively large differences among different regions.Theis paper uses the methods of factors analysis and cluster analysis to conduct comprehensive analysis on the levels of environmental protections in seventeen cities in the hope of providing the theoretical basis and countermeasures for increasing the level of environmental protection.
