基于培训有效性的企业员工培训问题与对策探讨

         

摘要

现代竞争的核心已经从早期的效率竞争转为综合实力的竞争,而一个企业实力的核心资源是人才。因此,加强人才建设日益成为我国企业发展的重点。鉴于现阶段企业员工培训中出现的各种问题,本文从企业员工培训的界定入手,在探讨培训有效性分析的前提下,指出现阶段我国企业员工培训中的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期为我国企业员工培训提供好的建议。%The core of modern competition has changed from the efficiency competition in the early period to the competition of comprehensive strength,and the core resource of a enterprise is talent.Therefore,strengthening talents construction has increasingly become the focus of enterprise development in our country.In view of the problems of current enterprise staff training,this paper starts with the definition of enterprise staff training,and on the premise of discussing the training effectiveness,points out the problems of enterprise employee training in our country,and proposes the corresponding solution in the hope of providing the enterprises employees training with sound suggestions.
