我国文化消费的形成与特征浅析

         

摘要

Since the Sixteenth CPC National Congress,the State Council has put forward developing culture industry as the strategic target,and also promoted the development of the culture industry to deepen the system reform,maintain the national cultural security,comprehensively construct a well-off society and realize the national rejuvenation,which shows the new cognition and deployment of our country for the cultural construction.The new culture industry cluster which will be an important pillar industry rises rapidly as the new growth point of national economy.The paper argues that the formation of cultural consumption is closely related to historical tradition,social cultural environment and social consciousness,while being influenced by the political,economic and social factors.The present cultural consumption tends to shift from a low level to a high level,from a closed situation to an open and diversified situation.Finally,the paper presents a correct guidance for the development of our cultural consumption.%党的十六大以来,国务院提出大力发展文化产业的战略,并将发展文化产业提高到深化体制改革、维护国家文化安全、全面建设小康社会、实现民族复兴的高度,表明了对文化建设的新认识、新思考和新部署。文化产业作为国民经济新的增长点迅速崛起,将成为重要的支柱产业。文化消费的形成,与历史传统、社会文化环境以及社会意识紧密相关,并受到政治、经济和社会等因素的影响。现代文化消费的趋势呈现低层次向高层次、封闭式向开放式以及多元化的态势。最后,提出正确引导我国文化消费的策略。
